Design the products our engineers ship — B2B SaaS, operator tools, and the occasional marketing surface. You will go from messy problem to prototype to a system the team can reuse.
We need someone who can sit with a warehouse manager or a GC and still produce a crisp Figma file. Visual craft matters; so does the flow.
What you will do
- Run lightweight discovery with clients and engineers
- Map flows, then high-fidelity UI in Figma
- Define and extend our component language
- Prototype enough to kill bad ideas before they are built
- Partner on implementation QA — pixels and copy
- Present work without theater
What we look for
- 4+ years product design for web or mobile software
- A portfolio of shipped B2B or complex consumer work
- Figma fluency (components, variants, auto-layout)
- Ability to write interface copy that is not lorem
- Comfort in a fast agency-plus-product mix
Nice to have
- Motion / prototype tools (Rive, ProtoPie)
- Design-system documentation
- Light front-end (HTML/CSS) so handoff is real
- Experience in logistics, legal, or healthcare UX
