Apply nowEmbed with a Crystal Techify client as their React engineer. You will join their stand-ups, use their repo, and ship as if you were on staff — with us behind you for delivery quality and backup.
This is not a ticket farm. Clients hire us because they need a senior who can design a feature, not only implement a spec.
What you will do
- Join the client squad and match their engineering bar
- Deliver React / Next.js features with tests
- Raise design and architecture issues early
- Report status to Crystal Techify delivery, not only the client
- Hand over cleanly if the engagement ends
What we look for
- 5+ years professional front-end, mostly React
- Production TypeScript
- Evidence of working inside someone else’s codebase
- Excellent async communication in English
- Willingness to overlap US mornings or afternoons
Nice to have
- Next.js, GraphQL, or React Native
- Prior staff-aug or consultancy embedding
- Accessibility (WCAG) as a habit
